Welcome to Marianne's House,
Whatcom County's Day Activity Center for People with Developmental Disabilities.

Our mission statement: To offer quality care and quality options to people with developmental disabilities, and to their care providers and family.

Our program is based on social, recreational, life skills and pre-vocational activities. All craft days are open to community participation. Also, our shuttle is used to access community events on a regular basis.

We provide programs that are designed to nurture our member's physical and emotional well-being. We encourage goal setting and assist in achieving those goals.

Hours:

Monday and Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm. Wednesday 10am to 2pm - Wednesday hours must be pre-scheduled two days in advance.

Marianne's House 2011 Holiday Schedule:  Presidents Day, Monday February 21, Memorial Day Monday May 30th, Independence Day Monday July 4th, Labor Day Monday September 5th, Wednesday, Thanksgiving Thursday and Friday November 23rd,24th & 25th, Closed for Christmas the week of the 26th and reopening on Monday January 2rd 2012

17.58 per hour (ask about our reduced rates for those who qualify) 
Every Marianne's House client must be pre-enrolled.
